Apply for the opportunity to be a Featured Stitcher on one of our physical patterns! Please fill out the form below with a short introduction of yourself, your experience as a stitcher and your average pattern completion time for patterns similar to your desired selection. 

If selected, you will receive a digital stitcher pattern through your email. No physical materials will be supplied, but the stitcher pattern may or may not have requirements necessary in regard to materials. Please keep track of your supply expenses - we will reimburse the cost of your supplies once we receive photos of your finished pattern.

When pattern card design is finalized, you will receive a free copy of the physical pattern card featured with your beautiful artwork AND name credit!

Additional details to consider:

• Stitcher patterns are NOT released patterns and may not be shared or distributed, either physically or electronically. Reproduction of patterns of any kind is strictly prohibited. For more details on our policies, please see our Policies & Legal section.
   
• Please do NOT share any progress posts on social media of the patterns or your stitching progress. You are more than welcome to post your involvement AFTER we announce your participation and when physical patterns are officially available. We absolutely want you to share your stuff, but please let us do the honors, first!

PHOTOS

• Photos of finished product MUST be clear, taken in bright light, and of professional quality (phone images are acceptable, please ensure images are clear, stitches are clear, and color is accurately represented).
   
• Please take a minimum of 5 photos to select from. At least 2 top views of full finished pattern are required (example, a close up, and a further view). Different angles or staged views are encouraged. If photos do not meet standards, we will reach out for a re-take.
   
• You may elect to send the finished piece to us in order for us to take photos. Please send us an email letting us know you would like to send the piece, and we will make arrangements. Let us know if you intend for us to keep the piece or send it back. PLEASE DO NOT SEND MATS OR FRAMES!
