Cancellations and Returns

Due to the digital nature of pattern only listings, cancellations or returns will not be accepted for digital delivery only items.

Cancellations of physical items will be accepted up to 24 hours of ordering. After which, cancellations will not be accepted. If the cancellation request is sent before 24 hours and we see the request a day or two later (example, on a weekend), the request will be honored.

We will accept cancellation of custom orders BEFORE work has started. If work has started, either the deposit will be retained (artwork) or 30% of listing price will be retained (patterns). We will not be able to refund, return or fully cancel custom orders. Depending on the amount of work completed, custom orders may be sold at 30% less value to potential buyers.

RETURNS

Returns of physical items will be accepted UNDAMAGED and with all contained items for up to 30 days after delivery. If items are returned damaged or missing items, the refund may be denied and or modified to cover cost of missing items. Custom orders and digital orders are not eligible for returns.
